• Name & Registration Number: Used to identify students and manage bookings.
• Address: Provided during registration for record-keeping purposes.
• Booking Data: Seat selections, shift preferences, and booking history.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

• Authenticating your identity via phone number verification
• Managing your library seat bookings
• Allowing administrators to manage library operations
• Communicating important updates about your bookings

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) with appropriate security rules. Only authenticated users can access their own data, and administrators can access data necessary for library management.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to library administrators for operational purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the library administrator.

6. Security

We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules to protect your data. Access is restricted based on user roles and authentication status.
